Head Coach & Founder – Cailey Wright

Cailey Wright has been dancing since the age of 3 and brings a wealth of experience to the team. With a background in competitive dance through the Universal Dance Association and performances in the professional football dance league, she’s spent the last 7 years choreographing and coaching. Cailey’s mission is simple but fierce: to empower movers of all ages to tap into their strength, confidence, and joy through powerful, expressive movement.

Assistant Coach – Kiyana Carrion

Kiyana Carrion has been dancing since childhood and brings 5 years of choreographic experience, along with 3 years of teaching for a professional football league dance team. She’s passionate about dance as both an art form and a tool for connection, and she’s dedicated to sharing her knowledge while inspiring every dancer she works with.
